All purchases made within our games are handled by Google Play or Apple’s App Store. We do not store payment data. Refunds must be requested through the platform you purchased from.
All content in our games (graphics, code, sound, etc.) is the intellectual property of Dexus and its publishers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our apps.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps if you violate these Terms or use our services inappropriately.
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
