All purchases made within our games are processed securely by Apple’s App Store. We do not store payment data. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through your App Store account settings.

All content in our games (graphics, code, sound, etc.) is the intellectual property of Dexus and its publishers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our apps.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps if you violate these Terms or use our services inappropriately.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.
